Six & Twenty Distillery

Six & Twenty Distillery makes locally distilled spirits and serves handcrafted cocktails in West Greenville. Its menu includes classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned, Moscow Mule and Manhattan, along with seasonal cocktails and spirit tasting flights. The distillery is named after a Choctaw woman and English trader's love story tied to the land where the original distillery sits.

The tasting room is open Monday through Wednesday, noon to 8 PM, Thursday until 10 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 10 PM. Distillery tours and tastings run on Saturdays, and monthly hands-on cocktail classes are offered. The space can also be booked for private parties and events, and a weekly dinner pop-up with rotating menus by local chefs happens on Fridays. The distillery is at 556 Perry Avenue in Greenville.
