T.D. Goodwin Construction

T.D. Goodwin Construction is a full service general contractor that builds commercial, industrial and pre-engineered buildings. The company works on educational and recreational facilities, medical and dental offices, restaurants, service and retail spaces, and renovation and upfit projects, and it offers pre-construction planning, precise cost estimates and design-build delivery, where one team handles both design and construction under a single contract.

Projects are typically bid or negotiated with attention to budget, schedule and quality, and clients work with a named project manager and estimator. The office is at 3505 Whichard Road in Greenville, North Carolina, and the company serves parts of the Southeastern United States, with work across eastern North Carolina.
