Down East Homes of Greenville

Down East Homes of Greenville sells factory-built modular and manufactured homes, with floor plans from manufacturers including Cavco, Champion Homes, Clayton Homes, Deer Valley Homebuilders and Holmes Building Systems. The sales lot has display homes on site, such as a four-bedroom, three-bath model of about 2,280 square feet, so buyers can walk through a home before choosing a floor plan.

Appointments are recommended and can be requested through the website. The team also works with buyers on financing, and the site includes a page where shoppers can see if they qualify. The office is on US-264 in Greenville, North Carolina.
