Kent Vacuum Center Great Barrington

Kent's Vacuum Center sells vacuum cleaners and air purifiers from SEBO, Miele, Simplicity, Riccar and Ideal, along with bags, filters, hoses, belts and parts for those brands. The store has been open since 1979, and owner Jeff Kent has been in the vacuum business since 1965. Repair and service are handled on-site for Miele, SEBO, Simplicity and Ideal machines.

Jeff usually asks about floors, carpet type, pets and allergies before recommending a machine, so a visit or call is a good way to narrow down choices. Special orders and layaway are available with a 30% deposit, though financing is not offered. Pickup and delivery for service is available within a 30-mile radius for an additional charge. The shop is just off Main Street in Great Barrington, and the site lists store hours of Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 4:00, with Saturday by appointment.
