Lake of the Ozarks Airbnb Vacation Rental Property Management

Grand Welcome Lake of the Ozarks is a short-term rental management company that lists, hosts and maintains vacation properties on Airbnb, Vrbo and other booking sites. The owners, Zach and Katie Vavak, handle photography, dynamic pricing, reservations, guest check-in and check-out, housekeeping, restocking, maintenance, permits and sales tax collection for owners.

Owners can start with a free 15-minute call and an income estimate on the website. Guests can book online at any hour, and reservations can also be made by phone. Customer support is handled by the local management team, and the company offers 24/7 guest services. Reviews on the website mention owners who were promoted and kept informed about bookings and earnings.
