Lake Life Property Solutions

Lake Life Property Solutions manages vacation rentals at Lake of the Ozarks, including houses, condos and lakefront homes, and also works with owners who want a management company to handle their property. Its work covers maintenance, cleaning, scheduling, revenue management and promoting listings, and the owners, Steven and Kelci Madewell, are both from the lake area.

Most property owners live away from the lake, so the local team handles upkeep and guest questions, including late-night calls and reservation changes, and brings in outside service providers when a job is larger than their own crew can do. Guests who book directly are offered the lowest rate, and pet-friendly rentals are part of the lineup. The team serves most areas of the lake, including Osage Beach, Lake Ozark, Camdenton and Sunrise Beach.
