Runway Theatre

Runway Theatre is a community theatre in Grapevine, Texas, staging a full season of musicals and plays, with a 42nd season announced for 2026-2027. The current season opens with The Wedding Singer, a high-energy 1980s musical about a wedding singer whose own love life falls apart. The theatre also runs a Valentine's Day fundraiser that features short original plays, and it accepts submissions from playwrights for that event.

Tickets can be bought for individual shows or as season passes, and memberships are available. Performances are usually Friday and Saturday at 7:30 PM with Sunday matinees at 3:00 PM, and the box office opens 45 minutes before each show. Runway relies on volunteers for ushering, concessions, set building and board operations. The theatre sits in a business park on North Dooley Street, directly behind Devin Designs Flowers.
