Papa Chops is a drive-thru restaurant in Grand Rapids where the whole menu is gluten free. The American comfort food includes house-baked pizza, burgers, loaded fries, wraps and sandwiches. Owner and operator Aaron Muller was diagnosed with celiac disease in his late thirties and studied at the Secchia Institute for Culinary Arts to build a restaurant where people with celiac disease can eat out safely.
You can order online ahead of time or use the drive-thru window. The restaurant sits on the corner of Breton Road and 28th Street SE, and it is closed on Sundays. Monday through Friday hours run until 8 PM, and Saturday hours start later in the morning.
