NOODLEPIG

NOODLEPIG is a fast casual Japanese ramen shop that makes its noodles in-house each day and builds its broths, tare, oils and sauces from scratch. The menu includes signature ramen bowls, bubble boba milk teas and boozy boba cocktails, plus a short list of non-soup dishes and a bar with beer, wine and sake. Its baby-back rib toppings and fusion twists sit alongside traditional flavors, and the kitchen accommodates gluten-free and vegan diners. The fries have won local awards.

The shop is open every day from noon to 10 PM and offers pickup, delivery through DoorDash, and gift cards, with private events also available. Merchandise such as tees and stickers can be ordered online. It is at 601 Bond Avenue NW in Grand Rapids, where the founder, Chris Wessely, opened the shop in 2022.
