Hagopian

Hagopian cleans, repairs and sells rugs, carpet and flooring, with roots going back to 1939. Its Rug Care Spa gently cleans and restores rugs, and repairs run from worn edges to major damage, including fringe repair and restoration of vintage and antique rugs. The company also does in-home cleaning of carpet, furniture, tile and air ducts, plus outdoor cushion cleaning and commercial cleaning, and carries carpet brands, stair runners, and hardwood and waterproof flooring.

Rugs can be dropped off at the Kentwood location or picked up on a set schedule, while in-home cleaning is booked by appointment. A Free In-Home Trial lets customers see a rug at home before buying, and a Grand Rapids showroom displays the selection. The business is pet-friendly, offering pet-proof rug pads and odor removal options, and it works with animal shelters and rescues. The company stresses honesty, integrity and quality.
