City Built Brewing Company

City Built Brewing Company is a Grand Rapids brewery known for bold, boundary-pushing craft beer. Its food is a partnership with Los Mariscos de Pancho, with coastal-Mexican dishes made from scratch by Gabriel and Vanessa Sanchez, who now lead the original kitchen. The taproom aims to be a gathering place where beer, food and culture come together.

Takeout is available, and gift cards and merchandise are sold as well. Private parties are offered, and groups of 10 or more can ask about reservations. Monday is a food truck night with shorter hours, and on most evenings the kitchen closes an hour before the taproom.
