Symmetry Pilates & Wellness

Symmetry Pilates & Wellness is a Pilates and movement studio offering private and duet sessions on Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformer and tower systems, along with the chair and barrel. Sessions blend Pilates with physical therapy-informed movement principles and focus on stability, mobility, posture, and injury prevention. Marie Adu, a licensed physical therapist with more than 15 years of clinical experience, is one of the certified Pilates instructors, and the studio also works with people coming out of physical therapy and athletes.

Everything is by appointment only, and first-time clients need to complete an Intro-to-Pilates class before booking regular sessions. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full class price. The studio is inside the Ascension Fitness Studio Gym on Patterson Road in Grand Junction, and dry needling sessions are also offered by appointment.
