House of Fenix

House of Fenix is a Pilates and movement studio run by Gloria Stimatze, a nurse and personal trainer who works with athletes as well as clients managing medical conditions and physical limitations. The studio offers Reformer and Bali-inspired Pilates, along with Move & Flow classes that blend breath and movement in a room that can be adapted for reformer, dance floor, and yoga mat sessions.

The studio sits in downtown Grand Junction on Main Street, with parking suggested in the garage on Rood between 4th and 5th. Hours are weekday mornings and afternoons, with Tuesdays by appointment only, and Saturdays offered on selected weeks. A complimentary drink station and a waiting area are available before class.
