Palumbo Construction

Palumbo Construction is a general contractor that builds new homes in Grand Junction and Cedaredge. Owner Mark Palumbo, a second-generation custom home builder, manages each project from groundbreaking to completion, and the company offers design/build work along with customizable floorplans. Palumbo focuses on affordable and mid-priced homes, aiming to give each one a custom feel.

A free consultation is offered by phone for anyone planning a new build. Current work includes ranch-style homes with three or four bedrooms, starting in the low $400s, with a few lots available for new construction in Grand Junction.
