BOA Builders

BOA Builders is a general contractor in Grand Junction that has built semi-custom and custom homes, commercial projects and small subdivisions since 1982. The company also develops its own neighborhoods, including Chipeta Hollows, a 55-plus community with low-maintenance living, Shadow Mesa with lock-and-leave patio homes, and Meridian Park, a community of townhouses designed for energy efficiency. Remodeling and renovation work is offered as well.

Quick move-in homes that are already finished are listed for sale on the company's site, and the Welcome Center at 2994 Getaway Ave. is open for in-person tours. Visitors can also book an appointment. Homeowners in reviews often mention the project managers and the energy-efficient construction.
