High Desert Wellness

High Desert Wellness is a massage and wellness practice in Grand Junction that focuses on pain relief, mobility and recovery. Sessions are customized and may combine deep tissue massage, Thai-inspired stretching, cupping, heat therapy, and optional CBD and essential oils. Memberships with monthly tiers and built-in sessions are available, with cancellation on 30 days notice, and packages are offered for those who prefer pay-as-you-go.
