Balanced Wellness Massage

Shelby Rieck, LMT, runs Balanced Wellness Massage with a focus on relaxation and therapeutic touch adjusted to each client's needs. Swedish and deep tissue massage form the core of the menu, with trigger point work, Thai massage and stretching, and several cupping options, including electromagnetic cupping and a MediCupping treatment for the abdomen or hip and glute area.

The practice is inside Acuity Massage & Advanced Skin Care in Grand Junction. Smaller add-ons include a TENS unit session, a facial sinus drain and lift, CBD massage, and a 30-minute scalp massage. New clients are being accepted, and appointments are booked by call or text. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and HSA cards are accepted, and eGift cards are available.
