Heirloom Builders

Heirloom Builders is a general contractor that handles custom renovations, historic restoration and new home construction. The company works on additions, kitchens and bathrooms, custom cabinetry and closets built in its own workshop, decks and porches, windows and doors, and commercial or office renovations. Its crews also do studios, garages and outbuildings, and preservation or reproduction work on older New England homes.

Heirloom Builders coordinates architects, engineers, electricians, plumbers, tile and masonry contractors on larger jobs. The owner, Alex, is on site through the project to keep it on budget and on schedule. The company serves Cape Ann and the North Shore from Gloucester, and it asks prospective clients to request an estimate by phone or email.
