Best Friends Forever K9 is a dog training business offering obedience lessons, board and train programs, doggie daycare, overnight boarding and AKC Canine Good Citizen classes. The trainer uses a balanced approach built on positive reinforcement and consistent communication, and begins with an assessment to build a plan for each dog and owner. Board and train stays of two, three or four weeks include daily updates with pictures and videos, and an E-Collar is part of some programs.
Daycare runs in small groups with nap times and indoor and outdoor play. Puppy classes, private lessons and one-on-one sessions are available, and military and first responders get 10% off. Lessons and training take place inside and outdoors at the facility in Gig Harbor. Boarding and daycare bookings are made online, and the business has a 20% non-refundable deposit for boarding reservations.
