Support, Inc. is a behavioral health agency that serves children, adolescents and their families with mental health and substance use needs. Its services include intensive in-home treatment, family centered treatment, day treatment, high-fidelity wraparound, therapeutic foster care, evaluations and assessments, medication management, and therapy and counseling. The agency says its clinicians use evidence-based practices in all services and that its team includes licensed counselors, social workers, family therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants and a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist.

Families can self-refer or be referred by a school, physician or community organization, and the agency reaches out to schedule a first appointment at one of its offices or by telehealth. Crisis response is available 24/7, and appointments are offered until 7 p.m. five days a week. Services are offered in several North Carolina counties, including Gastonia, Dallas, Lincolnton, Shelby and Concord, and Spanish-speaking families can be served.
