Rockwood

Rockwood is an American restaurant and sports bar serving lunch, dinner, brunch and happy hour, with comfort-style dishes such as burgers, steaks, house-made soups and breads, and Southern fried chicken and barbecue ribs. Its menu also includes innovative sandwiches, and the full-service bar offers beers on tap, signature cocktails and a wine list. Mike Cordero Concept Group operates the restaurant.

A bar with more than 30 high-definition TVs makes it a common stop for sporting events, and there is patio dining. Rockwood hosts live classic rock bands on Saturday nights, and its expanded kitchen handles catering, including box lunches, buffets and plated meals for private and business clients. Reservations can be made online, and takeout and delivery are available. The restaurant is in the Virginia Gateway Shopping Center in Gainesville.
