Mad Anthony Brewing Company

Mad Anthony Brewing Company is a brewpub that makes its own ales and lagers and serves them alongside a menu of burgers, sandwiches, pub fare and Cajun-inspired plates. The Fort Wayne location is known for its historic dining room, where hundreds of names of old-school patrons are hand-painted on the ceiling. The business began as a microbrewery in 1998 inside a downtown restaurant and deli called The Munchie Emporium, and many people still call it The Munchie.

The bar has a full bar service, and the Fort Wayne taproom is a place to hear live bands or see the small brewery. The Mad Room, at the rear of the bar, holds up to 30 guests for private parties, with a $75 reservation fee. The Fort Wayne location is at 2002 Broadway, and the group also runs taprooms in Auburn and Warsaw.
