07 Pub serves pub food and a full beer menu, with house favorites like the 07 Burger, Italian Grinder and E-wings, alongside appetizers such as pretzels with beer cheese and buffalo chicken dip. Irish stew and seasonal specials have appeared on the menu around holidays, and the bar has hosted alumni events and celebrity bartender nights.

Marcus Spillson has owned the pub since 2016, and the space was rebuilt from the former Lombardo's Lounge in 2016 and 2017. Trivia runs Monday nights at 8, with gift cards for the top two teams. Guests must be 21 or older to enter. Gift cards are sold and orders can be placed online.
