Kaufmann Property Management

Kaufmann Property Management is a locally owned property management company with over 40 years of experience managing residential homes and multi-family apartments. It works with both tenants looking for rentals and owners who want help running their investment properties.

The company takes a long-term approach, focusing on updating its properties and keeping renewals high. Rentals are open to all applicants under fair housing policy, and listed vacancies, rent payments, maintenance requests and the tenant and owner portals are handled online. The office is at South Calhoun Street in Fort Wayne, open weekdays during business hours, and callers can also reach the team by phone or email.
