Above & Beyond Community Management

Above & Beyond Community Management is a property management company that handles the day-to-day business of homeowners associations, condominium associations and villaminium communities. Its services include full association management covering meetings, financial matters and administration, as well as a separate financial management package for associations that need less than a full service package.

The company has been in business since 2004 and serves Northeastern Indiana, with its office in Fort Wayne. Residents can pay association dues through links on the company's site, and the site also provides access to governing documents such as bylaws and covenants. Closing letters can be requested online.
