Nordic Builders

Nordic Builders is a remodeling and custom home builder serving South Charlotte and nearby areas. The company handles kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, whole-home renovations, custom cabinetry, custom homes and outdoor living spaces. Owner Yeti trained as a carpenter through a formal apprenticeship in Norway, and the work follows that European approach to tight joints, durable materials and a clean job site.

Projects begin with a no-obligation consultation, followed by design work with in-house 3D renderings, and clients who already work with a designer or architect can build from their plans. Estimates are promised within two weeks, and the company handles permits and offers a one-year workmanship warranty. The office is in Fort Mill, SC, and the crew covers Indian Land, Waxhaw, Matthews and Weddington as well.
