NextGen Design & Build

NextGen Design & Build is a remodeling company that handles complete kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations and flooring installation, with custom cabinetry, countertops and luxury vinyl plank or tile work. The company says it has more than 25 years of experience and works with manufacturers it describes as industry leaders.

The process starts with a phone consultation, then a design session at the showroom on Old Bailes Road in Indian Land, followed by an in-home visit for measurements and a finalized plan. Its service area covers Indian Land, Fort Mill, Waxhaw, Marvin, Wesley Chapel and Matthews, and the company also lists a design and in-home appointment fee of $150 on its blog.
