Dogs by Foster

Dogs by Foster is a canine behavior consulting practice run by Ashley Foster, who holds a B.S. and the Certified Canine Behavior Consultant credential. The work centers on finding the reasons behind a dog's behavior problems rather than cycling through training techniques, with plans built around each household. The approach is humane and evidence-based, and it avoids punishment, correction-based methods and aversive tools.

Consultations can be done virtually from anywhere in the country, or in person across Northern Colorado and Southeastern Wyoming. The process starts with an initial consultation, followed by ongoing coaching, and it suits owners willing to carry out recommendations between sessions. The office is on North Link Lane in Fort Collins.
