ReStory Therapy

ReStory Therapy is a counseling practice led by Jordyn, a Marriage and Family Therapist who offers individual therapy, couples counseling and family therapy. Individual sessions are for ages 13 and up and cover trauma, depression, anxiety, life stressors, relationship issues and parenting concerns. Couples work includes premarital counseling, communication and conflict issues, and sexual concerns, and Jordyn is pursuing certification in sex therapy. The practice draws on evidence-based methods and a Christian faith perspective.

Sessions are offered in person at Municipal Drive in Fishers, with walking sessions on the Nickel Plate Trail and telehealth visits on a HIPAA-compliant platform. Family therapy begins with an assessment of who should be involved, and sessions may include all family members or focus on pairs of people.
