Carmel Therapy Network

Carmel Therapy Network is a private practice offering trauma-informed psychotherapy and medical nutrition therapy. Its clinicians work with trauma, eating disorders and disordered eating, ADHD and neurodivergence, anxiety, attachment and relationship concerns, perinatal mental health, and body image. Services include brainspotting, EMDR, DBT, somatic therapy, art therapy, and Internal Family Systems, along with nutrition counseling from registered dietitians.

Individual therapy is offered in person in Fishers or virtually, and art therapy is available in the Carmel office or virtually. Clients can book a free 15 minute consultation before starting. Most therapists accept Anthem BCBS, and some accept UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Aetna, and other plans. The Fishers office is at Lantern Road in the Fishers area, and virtual sessions are available across Indiana and Michigan.
