Valentine

Valentine is a Ferndale craft distillery whose lounge, Belle's Lounge, serves cocktails made exclusively with the spirits the company produces at its distillery up the road. The distillery makes small batch bourbon, gin and vodka, including the Mayor Pingree line, and the company says it is among the nation's first craft distilleries, founded in 2007. The lounge is the place to taste the spirits in cocktail form.

Belle's Lounge is open Monday through Thursday from 4 to 11 PM, Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM, Saturday from 1 PM to 1 AM, and Sunday from noon to 8 PM. Distillery tours are by appointment only and are booked through the website. The company also offers cocktail classes, hosts weddings and private events, and sells merch, gift cards and bottles.
