The Patterson Club is a private, year-round club with golf, racquet sports, a pool, dining and social activities for families. It was founded in 1929 by a group of General Electric employees as a dining and social club, and it has since grown into a country club with an 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., tennis and platform tennis, and swimming and diving facilities.
The club serves members and their guests with upscale casual dining, and it hosts weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, galas and golf outings. Membership is required to use the facilities. The clubhouse sits at 1118 Cross Highway in Fairfield, Connecticut, and the club opened its current clubhouse in 2010.
