Martel

Martel is an American bistro with a French flair, serving full entrees, sandwiches and salads in a casual, lively and stylish setting. The menu is built around creative touches that set the food apart from ordinary fare, and the restaurant has separate menus for lunch, dinner and dessert.

Martel takes walk-in guests and offers curbside takeout, but it does not take reservations except for a few holidays, including Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. It sits on Post Road right on the border of Fairfield and Southport, about a half mile from I-95.
