Cradles Cribs & Crayons

Cradles Cribs & Crayons is an early childhood education center that cares for and teaches children from infancy through age five. Programs are grouped by age, with separate classes for infants, toddlers, 2-year-olds, 3-year-olds, and 4 to 5-year-olds. Activities include dance, music, computers and field trips, and the center keeps a low ratio of children to teachers.

The center is licensed and certified by the State of Illinois and has been operating since 1994. It is open all year round, and families can request a free childcare consultation or ask about enrollment by phone. The building is at 9000 North Kildare Avenue in Skokie, in a quiet neighborhood serving the North Shore area.
