A. Perry Homes

A. Perry Homes is an architect-led design-build firm that designs and builds custom homes. Licensed architects lead each project from the first design meeting through final construction, and the same team works with the build crews so the design carries through to completion. The firm has built custom estates in the Lake Forest and Mettawa area and also works on renovations and remodels.

Projects begin with a design meeting where you bring your research and inspiration, followed by a second meeting that presents a full design and construction budget with options. The firm also has a Tennessee office serving the Chattanooga area, and it lists properties available in Illinois and Tennessee. Inquiries are taken through the website or by phone at its Illinois office in Wilmette.
