Headquarters is a family-owned hair salon and boutique in Eugene that has been operating since 1982. The salon handles everything from color and cuts to perms and wedding styles, with custom color mixes from natural shades to pastels.

Services include full and partial foil highlights, Brazilian Blowouts, hand-tied and tape-in extensions, and manicures, pedicures and Light Elegance nail enhancements.
