Emergence

Emergence is a nonprofit outpatient treatment provider offering substance use treatment, DUII services, mental health counseling and gambling treatment. The organization has been serving Oregon since 1981 and describes its care as evidence-based, person-centered and trauma-informed.

Emergence offers flexible outpatient scheduling, including telehealth for qualifying clients, along with Spanish language programs and affirming care for LGBTQIA+ people. Gambling treatment is always free, and the team can help with practical needs like transportation. Insurance includes Moda, PacificSource and Oregon Health Plan, with sliding scale rates and grant funding available for some clients. The Eugene Centennial Plaza office is at Centennial Plaza in Eugene, with other offices in Springfield, Albany, Corvallis, Cottage Grove and Florence.
