Dove Medical Center

Dove Medical is a nonprofit clinic offering free pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasounds, and confidential decision coaching. Registered nurses run the pregnancy tests and review medical history to see who qualifies for an ultrasound, and a Family Nurse Practitioner provides medical care under a Medical Advisory Board. The clinic also offers free, confidential STI testing and treatment, plus a support group for people who want a safe place to talk after an abortion.

All services are free regardless of insurance. Appointments are patient-led, with no pressure to choose any particular option, and walk-ins are welcome for pregnancy testing. Dove Medical does not offer or refer for abortion services or the abortion pill, and it describes itself as a faith-based organization. The clinic is on East 11th Avenue in Eugene.
