Community Health Centers of Lane County

Community Health Centers of Lane County is a division of Lane County Health and Human Services that runs primary care clinics for the whole family, from infants and children to adults and seniors. Its care covers treatment of chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma, along with mental health consultations, referrals to specialists, health education and children's preventive dental service.

The network has several locations, including the Charnelton Community Clinic at 151 W 7th Ave in Eugene, which is the address on file. Patients who need to reach the center can call the main line, though the call center closes over the lunch hour. Care is offered regardless of age, family situation or ability to pay, and the organization accepts Oregon Health Plan members.
