Cascade Health

Cascade Health is a local nonprofit offering hospice and palliative care, physical and hand therapy, counseling and employee assistance programs, diabetes and nutrition education, travel health, and occupational health services. Its hospice team brings nursing care, medications, equipment and emotional support to patients wherever they call home, and its occupational health programs serve more than 3,000 local businesses and organizations.

Families can reach the hospice team around the clock for guidance, and no referral is needed to start a conversation about hospice. A no-cost consultation is available by phone. Patients who need more intensive end-of-life care can stay at the Pete Moore Hospice House, a home-like setting where the whole family is welcome. Employers can receive care at the clinic or set up on-site services for their staff. The main office is on Suzanne Way in Eugene.
