Off-Road Nutrition

Off-Road Nutrition offers individualized nutrition counseling and coaching focused on eating disorders, disordered eating, intuitive eating, sports performance nutrition, and nutrition for military veterans. The practice works on building sustainable eating habits and making peace with food rather than dieting, and it does not focus on intentional weight loss.

All sessions are virtual, by Zoom or a HIPAA-compliant video platform, with phone counseling also available. A 55-minute session is priced at $175, and some insurance plans are accepted, with sliding scale fees offered on a limited basis for cash-pay clients. The practice is not accepting new clients at this time, and it serves California residents.
