MODERN DESIGN FLOORS

Modern Design Floors installs hardwood, laminate and vinyl flooring, and handles the demolition needed to clear a space for a new floor. The company works with homeowners across the San Diego, Riverside and Orange County areas, with a crew led by owner Brian Heisel, who has more than 25 years of experience as a flooring installer.

The business is family owned and operated and based in Escondido, where its office is on La Honda Drive. Estimates start with an in-home assessment, and the team asks that customers call for a quote. Every installer is background checked and badged, and the company says it is licensed, bonded and insured.
