27 West Electric

27 West Electric is a residential and commercial electrical contractor known for lighting work, from LED and outdoor fixtures to bath and kitchen lighting design. Panel repairs and upgrades, including new 200 and 400 amp service for solar projects, are another core part of the work, along with dedicated circuits for garages, home offices and spas, and EV charger installations.

The company works with homeowners, contractors and realtors, and takes on subcontracting for remodels and tenant improvements. Realtors can call for quick repairs ahead of home inspections, and the company handles home warranty claims for several providers. Do-it-yourself homeowners can book a consultation. Senior and military discounts are offered. The business is based in Escondido and serves San Diego, Orange and Riverside counties.
