Cerebral Motion

Cerebral Motion is an exercise therapy practice run by Mickey, a Rock Steady Boxing certified head coach, aimed at healthy aging, slowing progression of conditions, and regaining independence. Sessions use neuroscience-informed stretching, cardio, and boxing-based exercise, with evaluations of balance, cognition, and fear of falling tracked over time. Individual sessions are customized to each person's needs.

Group Rock Steady Boxing classes meet at the Escondido gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a 9:00 and 11:00 session each day. Unlimited monthly memberships and single classes are available, and the first phone consultation is free. One-on-one sessions can also be held in your home, with a travel fee based on distance from the facility.
