The Old Mine

The Old Mine is a hard cider taproom that also serves artisan pizzas, smoked meats and toasted sandwiches. Its flagship is the Handlebar Hard Cider, and the cider donuts are made with it. The pizza menu runs from the Cheesy Prospector and Diana Ross to the Alpine Spring with garlic cream sauce, and a create-your-own option lets you build a pizza from a list of sauces, cheeses and toppings. Smoked wings, tacos and nachos are on the shareables list.

The Old Mine is dine-in or pick-up only, with no delivery and no reservations. Room rentals are available by request, and cider can be taken to go, with kegs available by request. Happy hour runs Tuesday through Sunday from 3 to 5 pm. The restaurant is at 500 Briggs Street in Erie, Colorado.
