Slack Tide Physical Therapy

Slack Tide Physical Therapy provides in-home physical therapy, with each visit led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Care covers manual therapy such as trigger point release, joint mobilization, cupping and myofascial release, along with sports physical therapy and treatment for conditions like migraines, vertigo, chronic pain, TMJ and post-op rehabilitation.

The first visit is a 60 to 90 minute evaluation at home, and later sessions run a full hour one on one. The practice is not contracted with insurance companies, so new concerns can be addressed without a physician referral or insurance authorization. The service is offered in Carlsbad, Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar, and a free consultation is available by phone.
