Rachel Fransen

Rachel Fransen is a mortgage loan officer and co-owner of Onda Lending, a mortgage brokerage. She works with California homeowners and buyers on purchase loans, including conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA and down payment assistance programs, as well as refinances, HELOANs and HELOCs, investor loans and vacation home financing.

She works directly with each client from the first conversation through closing, with no assistants handing off the file. Her office is at 2235 Encinitas Blvd in Encinitas, and she serves clients across California, including Oceanside and San Diego.
