Choice Custom Homes

Choice Custom Homes builds fully custom homes, remodels and additions across the Omaha metro, from family houses to estates of up to 30,000 square feet. Projects start with a blank sheet and a conversation rather than a plan book, and the company is an approved Her Home builder for additions. Remodels include kitchens, primary suites and whole-house updates.

The company is run day to day by its two partners, Chad Bumsted, a framer by trade, and Jason Gillman, who handles the business side, and both stay involved from the first walk of your lot through the final walkthrough. Clients get regular meetings and written decision sheets to review and sign, and the office is in Elkhorn. The business is BBB accredited with an A+ rating and has been building in the area since 2003.
