Charleston Homes builds new houses from a set of ranch and two-story floor plans, including The Alexandra, The Durham, The Lexington and The Denton 2 Story. Its current communities are Arbor View, Highland Pointe and Falcon Pointe, with homes in Elkhorn, Gretna and Papillion.

Buyers can look at the plans and model homes, ask about financing, and request a quote online. Design studio meetings are by appointment only, and the corporate office on North 191st Avenue in Elkhorn keeps weekday business hours. Existing homeowners can submit warranty requests through the company.
