Practical Therapy

Practical Therapy is a physical therapy clinic in El Paso that treats back and neck pain, knee, hip and joint problems, foot and ankle issues, sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, balance problems and pediatric developmental delays. Founded by mother-and-daughter therapists, the clinic pairs hands-on care with treatments such as StemWave therapy and custom orthotics, including QuadraStep for adults and littleSTEPS for kids.

Each first visit is a one-on-one evaluation with a licensed physical therapist, who sets goals and a personalized plan, and most patients begin hands-on treatment that same day. Same-day appointments are available and insurance is accepted. The clinic is locally owned and sits in Building B of the Acer Avenue office complex on the east side of El Paso.
